In accordance with the 2012 Act for the Humanitarian Medical Use of Marijuana patients with certain active debilitating conditions that are undergoing treatment may now have the choice of using marijuana as an option for symptom relief. After an evaluation of your particular medical condition and history and explaining the known risks and benefits of its use, our physician can determine if you qualify and are a candidate for medical marijuana AND CERTIFY YOU WITH DPH.
